Tailwind gives developers an ability to completely customize the UI components. It essentially makes front end work easier which makes design UAT easier. Every full stack developer is different. Some are better at front end than others. With tailwind I create a specific design system in figma that uses tailwind classes. Another efficiency is when doing UAT I can go in the ispector and change things on the fly to give the most accurate UAT feedback.
