Sausage Pasta
Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1lb italian sausage add another 1/2 lb if you want more
- 1 tsp red pepper flacks
- 1 onion diced
- 2 (28oz) cans diced fire roasted tomatos
- 1 and 1/2 cups cream
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt optional
Directions
- Cook pasta el dente according to package
- Heat oil and cook sausage and red pepper until sausage is evenly brown
- Stir in onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender
- Stir in tomatoes, cream and salt. Summer 10 minutes until sauce thickens
- Add pasta and heat through
- Top with parsley and parmaseans
