Sausage Pasta

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1lb italian sausage add another 1/2 lb if you want more
  • 1 tsp red pepper flacks
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 (28oz) cans diced fire roasted tomatos
  • 1 and 1/2 cups cream
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt optional

Directions

  • Cook pasta el dente according to package
  • Heat oil and cook sausage and red pepper until sausage is evenly brown
  • Stir in onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender
  • Stir in tomatoes, cream and salt. Summer 10 minutes until sauce thickens
  • Add pasta and heat through
  • Top with parsley and parmaseans
