My ideal salad would have lettuce on it, maybe some spinach, with bacon bits, sliced hard-boiled eggs, cheese (any old kind usually works), sunflower seeds, croutons, and either a honey-mustard or thousand island dressing. Why is this so hard for me to find? It appears that I live in a world where eggs and bacon are not considered healthy! Well, that’s no world I wish to live in, my friends. That’s a post-apocalyptic nightmare. That’s simply unacceptable. I need to find my ideal salad and it needs to be in the Chicago-State Street area, and that’s the name of that tune, end of story. These are the daily struggles that we must get through.
